About Me

Madame Marble was born from a desire to turn my paintings into high quality, luxurious, 100% silk scarves. Each scarf can be worn in many different styles or even framed as a limited edition work of art. My aspiration would be that my scarves would be cherished and passed on to loved on for generations.

Until 2021 I lived and worked in New York City, I loved the city that never sleeps, I lived a carefree, some could say glamorous rock’n’roll lifestyle, then my life transformed, i became a mother, which is the ultimate adventure! I returned home to the island of Guernsey and returned to my first love, painting.

One day I  came across the most beautiful Ebru paintings, so I set out to learn the technique of marbling for myself, mesmerised by the process of painting on water, I began creating rich vibrate colours and patterns, reminiscent of the textile designs of the 1950's/60's, patterns that I would want to wear, which inspired me to do just that.

Each scarf is adapted from an original hand painted design, with added signature touches.

Madame Marble is for those that have no desire to blend it.
